When you contact us

Tell us your phone model, whether you use Android or iPhone, and what happened. Include the steps that led to the problem and any error message you saw.

Keep your PIN, password, and recovery code private. Avoid sending personal photos or documents unless you choose to share them to explain the problem.

App lock recovery

If you forget your PIN or password, use the recovery option on the unlock screen with your saved recovery code. Support cannot retrieve your PIN, password, or recovery code.
